AntennaPilot, RoutePilot, Wakeline, Device Manager for SonicWall, BackupPilot for Synology NAS and EightBells Fleet Time Manager (collectively, “the Software”) are provided for operational support, diagnostics, and workflow assistance only. The Software is not a navigation system and must not be used for navigation, collision avoidance, safety-of-life decisions, or any use where failure could lead to injury, loss of life, property damage, or environmental harm.
1. No Professional or Safety Advice
Information displayed by the Software (including calculations, indicators, map views, logs, route data, or any derived values) is provided “AS IS” for convenience and operational support. It does not constitute professional engineering or navigation advice and should not replace manufacturer documentation, certified procedures, or trained operator judgment.
2. Data Accuracy and Limitations
AntennaPilot may display values derived from external inputs (e.g., vessel position/heading, ACU status, network data, signal levels). RoutePilot may process and display route waypoints, coordinates, and data intended for ECDIS or other navigation system export.
Device Manager for SonicWall, BackupPilot and EightBells read from or act on network equipment and computers: address objects on a firewall, the status of a NAS, and the settings, software and services of Windows PCs. Status and alarms can be missing or late, and a backup confirmed by BackupPilot is not a tested restore. Changes are made only after your confirmation; you are responsible for checking the targets before you confirm.
In all cases, such data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. The Software may also display approximations and derived calculations. You are responsible for validating all outputs and confirming safe operation of onboard systems before taking any operational action.
3. Independent Software / No Affiliation
The Software is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by any antenna manufacturer, navigation equipment vendor, ECDIS supplier, chart provider, network equipment, storage or software vendor. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
SonicWall and SonicOS are trademarks or registered trademarks of SonicWall Inc. Device Manager for SonicWall is not affiliated with or endorsed by SonicWall Inc.

BackupPilot is an independent product of AntennaPilot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Synology Inc. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or downtime arising from or related to the use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
5. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- safe operation of onboard systems,
- compliance with vessel procedures and manufacturer guidance,
- ensuring proper configuration and environment conditions, and
- verifying results before taking any operational action.
